Russian Referendum Results - Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia Vote to Join Russia

According to Russian Media all 4 regions in the referendum (Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia) voted over 96% to join Russia. Now the legal process will take place to sign a treaty with Russia and then have the Russia Duma and Upper Chamber vote to accept the new regions into Russia. This will likely happen on Wednesday and Thursday, with Putin giving a speech on Friday to announce the annexation of the new territory. How does NATO respond to this?
