Sugar-3/4 cup (150 grams)

Sunflower Oil-1/2 cup (125 ml)

Greek Yogurt or Hung Curd - 1/2 cup (125 ml)

Orange Juice - 1/3 cup (75 ml) Zest of 1 large Orange
