Muhammad & His Adopted Son Zayd

Muhammad had an adopted son called "Zayd bin Muhammad" ("Zayd, son of Muhammad"). In Islam adoption isn't allowed. Muslims do take in orphans & raise them but even if the child is taken in at birth the child shall not take the family name. In this video we learn why adoption isn't allowed in Islam.
