What Causes Overwhelm and How to Conquer it.
The causes of overwhelm are: Too much to do, Not being able to keep up with what you have to do, being unorganized, and not being able to focus.
Some other causes are worry and stress, Issues that seem to have no solutions, thing that seem to go wrong continually, and things that other people choose to do that affect your life.
Overwhelm can causes other emotions too. Some are anxiety/panic attacks, fear, stress, Physical pain and if let go a long time it can cause long term illnesses.
Tips for dealing with overwhelm are: Deep breathing, change your mindset/ flip the script, sing and dance, visually see the emotion release from your body. Saying Affirmations. I give examples of each of these techniques.
How to conquer overwhelm: Learn to balance your life. Prioritize, manage your time conceptions, set timers if necessary. Learn to say no, without guilt.
