Was recently speaking with a woman I am just getting to know. Was telling me how stressed she was over the weekend. Told her a good thing to do is to take your shoes off and ground. She looked at me with a big smile on her face as if surprised I knew and would say that. She said that was what got her through it. She took her shoes off and connected to the planet.
