Jing Gong is a 'Quiet Form' for deep internal relaxation. It involves breathing and concentration techniques which are foundation practices of Qigong. Learning to go into deep relaxation is considered essential for Qigong practitioners, whether it is movement practices or meditation. We term putting the body to relax as "Fang Song". The depth of our Qigong results and our ability with Qi can be based on our internal "Fang Song".
