California's Bail Reform FAILURE Manifests in a Homeless Crisis & Horrific Crimes Being Committed

California's homeless crisis has become totally untenable. Large, multi room tents are being set up, blocking the access to operational businesses. Now, the new hotness is setting up your very own washing machine to make sure your clothes don't stink up your new home! Tapping into hydrants and rigging into the electrical grid, while decent ingenuity, is a sight of societal decay you never thought possible in a First World country.

On the darker side, a homeless urchin, Darrell Walters, was out the day after being snatched up for a violent crime, only to hop out the bushes and attack Marissa Young in the most barbaric way possible. This is what happens when you push the "compassionate treatment of prisoners" narrative to it's ultimate conclusion. Real people are injured, real people are scarred, real people are dehumanized.
