Every physically challenged resident within the United States makes decisions based upon experience and knowledge of their community's insufficient access to the sidewalk to gain access to the other. Over the Years of neglect maintenance due to expansion and contraction throughout the years, hopefully, soon they will be able to fix those because it takes a toll on the physically challenged community to get around within their communities to be safe.
