Why I Disagree with The Duran: Flurry of phone calls, warning of dirty bomb from Russia's Shoigu

The matter started with Lloyd Austin re-establishing communication with Sergei Shoigu. Suddenly it is professed that it is ALL to do with the Dirty Bomb Scenario. Unfortunately I can not support that narrative.
