B train Danger

Dash Cam video of a Semi pulling a B-train Trailer loaded with Containers pulls out into traffic and tips the trailer oddly. From the angle I was at it looked like the containers on the trailer tilted. Not exactly an accident but still a lack of good judgement from the truck driver.
