TikTok challenge possibly linked to deadly car crash killing four teens on Route 33

Police say the driver, a 16-year-old male who has now been charged, was not the vehicle's owner. The stolen vehicle was a Kia Sportage. Buffalo Police Commissioner Joseph Gramaglia says this points to a larger problem we're seeing in Western New York and nationwide.
