Doctor Who's Audience May Never Return at This Rate

It's a tragedy that a beloved show that's been around for generations has reached the depths that it has, but that's what happens when any property, character, or franchise is infected with the social justice message. Now, Doctor Who is free of Chris Chibnall, the writer who destroyed the show, but is the new direction the show going to go the same as before, and will it be enough to bring audiences back? My hope is yes, but my gut says no.
