BC Anti-SLAPP Legislation Upended by LGBTQ Radicals

In this Empower Hour clip, taken from our Empower Hour video of October 20, 2022, lawyer Paul Jaffe tells Action4Canada founder Tanya Gaw how the actions of various public sector unions and radical LGBTQ activists have effectively upended British Columbia's anti-SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation) legislation.

He goes on to relate how this affects his efforts to represent Barry Neufeld, a BC school trustee who was defamed for speaking out against the SOGI 1-2-3 curriculum now being used in BC public schools, and what it could mean for free speech in Canada.
