Dragon Quest Episode 58 | WHAT A TWIST!!!

In episode 58, Vearn revives himself with a spell leaving Dai and the gang speechless! Vearn sees Dai as a formidable foe, so he brings out his most powerful weapon, The Staff of Edacity! The gang learns that Vearn too had his weapon crafted by Lon Beruk long ago. Vearn challenges Dai to attack him, so he does, only to have his sword snapped in half. Vearn then unleashes a otherworldly attack that leaves everyone thinking about their final moments. To our surprise, Hadlar and his Royal guards shows up. Hadlar was able to somehow cancel out the attack! Hadlar then does battle with Vearn, proving to be more than a challenge than Vearn ever thought. Vearn now in a corner and running out of energy struggles to maintain his ground, until Zaboera shows up and binds Hadlar. Vearn tries to finish off Hadlar, but his Rook, Block, uses the casting method and switches with him just in time. Hadlar and his Royal Guards then escape and Dai and the heroes are scattered. Vearn, seemingly victorious, sees the Mother dragon, which means that a Dragon Knight has passed. Dai's and Hyunckel's sword also return to Lon beruk. Vearn then begins his plan to over take the surface world.

A lot of good stuff in this episode we weren't ready for, but it was amazing! Is Hadlar low-key not a bad guy anymore or will Dai and Hadlar still have their death fight sometime in this anime? Also, is Dai really dead? Is Hyunkel and Crocodine Dead? And how will Vearn try to go about his plan to bring the underworld to the surface? A Lot of questions!
