" Ground Based Lights " reported in Las Vegas Nevada Sighting

A friend of mine thought perhaps CGI. Another bunch said, this is some UFO on the ground!

I have seen this posted around by a bunch of accounts claiming it as such, but today while reviewing mufon submissions I came across the raw footage.

I spent about 15 minutes looking around Google Earth to match the solar panels. One of them appeared to look like a tetris piece. I wasn't hopeful but figured nobodies really tried to search it out. I found it. Then I found the images of the exact things being lit up in the google directory for the location.

Eyewitness Statement:

From an airplane taking off from Las Vegas, after we did a u-turn to head north, I saw these lights on the ground about (I'm guessing) fifteen or twenty miles west of the city. The video does not do justice to how bright these things were, it was a bright sunny day, and these things were like giant welding torches, with their artificial light spreading for miles. There's probably a good explanation for them, but I don't know of any myself, so I'm reporting it.
