This Device Instantly Sterilizes Hands (20,000 Volt Ozone Scanner)

High voltage cor0na and its ozone brother have been known for decades, to sterilize surfaces from bacteria and viruses alike. But up until now, ozone sterilizers were slow and limited to cleaning rooms, instead of hands. I propose an instant(ish) method for sterilizing your hands and metallic objects within seconds, using no water, soap, or alcohol.
