Hindus & Sikhs come together in Diwali celebrations
Diwali celebrations in Malton, Ontario have reached a new competitive high, with Hindus and Sikhs coming together showing off displays of fireworks and chanting Long Live their respective nations. A Huge applause to the team captains of each side with they’re success in ensuring physical violence was prohibited to they’re respective fans and supporters and keeping everyone safe.
The Diwali celebrations at the Westwood Mall parking lot in Malton Ontario has been growing each and every year with crowds reaching nearly 1000 this year divided across the 3 areas of the lot.
This brings a new dawn in Hindu & Sikh collaborations, despite some tense moments caused by confused bystanders. The Hindu and Sikh community are working together in bringing together peaceful yet competitive sports competitions in order to foster a respected loving relationship while working to clear up a long of malicious intent towards one another greatly based on historical events, religious and cultural identities.
