I think long intros and outros can kill your watch time and watch time percentage on your YouTube videos. The reason why is people will get bored if it is long and always the same thing. Most people want to get to the topic of the video right away and as for the outro. I was recently talking after my comedy skit and noticed viewership drop off. So maybe next time I will talk less and somehow add my talking part into the end screen next to the end screen elements and this could get me more views on my YouTube videos.
