Spirit School Day 7: Deep breathing for healing

If we keep a conscious eye on our moods we can stop a negative mood take over in its tracks. Once we begin to feel the onset of any kind of downward spiral whether that’s towards anxiety, anger, sadness, being flustered or even the need to control; stop and take a deep breath. Then keep taking deep breaths, as long as your conscious mind allows.
