When the pandemic hit, Geoff Thatcher’s business of designing engaging theme park attractions, museum exhibits, and visitor centers came to a fast pause!

Thatcher had written a short book years before that was just sitting. Along with his talented illustrator daughter, Zoe Thatcher, they made the most of their sudden influx of time. Within the first four weeks of the shelter-at-home order, the pair got an editor, a publisher, created 40+ illustrations.
