How to Raise a black man

I am reviewing Fred Board Author of e book How to Raise a black man.

Most black children grow up without one or both parents. Every year, more than half a million black babies — a full 8 percent of all newborns — are born to unwed mothers. Most never meet their fathers. This means that most of today's black men grew up without fathers. We have little idea how to be fathers ourselves, but we must find a way to remedy this massive social problem, as black children are the ones who will pay the price for generations to come.
