By directing Paul to Antioch, the Holy Spirit placed him in a mul¬tiracial environment where he could learn to serve side by side with Gentiles and Jews alike. He learned firsthand that in Christ, all cultural distinctions disappear, and it prepared him for his apostolic ministry to the Gentiles.
