This entire idea is based around element 42, a trace metal called molybdenum, which is an essential building block of human life, but is not found in abundantly on our planet which makes it very strange for humans to develop an evolutionary need for this mineral.

Scientists created the theory of panspermia to explain it which postulates that life on earth originated in outer space and was able to initiate life once it found a suitable environment on Earth so there in lies the question.
