Why get the Healthy Starter Kit with the Functional Food Program

We are here today to talk about the Healthy Starter Kit. One of my birds' favorite things to do is to take showers. The reason they like to take showers is that it's toxic-free. They shower with the ProOne Shower Filter, which is also part of the healthy starter kit. This is an important part of the kit because if you are not filtering your water, you are the filter. The other thing that comes in the kit is the ProOne Water Pitcher Filter This was chosen for the Starter Kit particularly because it works for everyone. My recommendation is that you upgrade this; unless you have a whole house water filtration system already, then you don’t have to. It helps with digestive issues; it's great to use in place of an air freshener-- you can clean your whole house with lemon essential oil. Furthermore, you can clean out your intestinal tract with lemon essential oil. It helps you to get rid of micro-plastics which come from drinking bottled water and other items from the grocery store. Lemon oil is also a great replacement for drinks that give you energy.

Faygela is asking me to talk about the Aulterra Pendant. The pendant does not come with the Starter Kit, but she’s saying it’s her favorite thing in the entire world, and I get it. Anyway, back to lemon oil. When you want to have energy, you can take your lemon essential oil and pour it into a Veggie Cap, which also comes with the starter kit. The Veggie Caps that you'll get are clear, and basically, all you need to do is to open the veggie cap and pour a couple of drops in there. After pouring the essential oil in, you cap it up and drink it down with water. The other bottle that we include in this is Cilantro Essential Oil. Why is cilantro so important? Well, first of all, you can cook with it, which is awesome. More importantly, Cilantro helps with the moving or the release of heavy metals and other toxins from the body. It’s antimicrobial, and there are so many other benefits but the main reason I have it in the Kit is so that you can rid your body of heavy metals. We have recipes and things like that for both the lemon and the cilantro oil that will help you know how to use them when you cook and clean. You will find that there are so many uses for essential oils when living a toxic-free life is concerned. That is the crux of the Healthy Starter Kit. When I was a kid, I was very thin, and they said, “Oh, don't have sugar. It's bad for you. The whole time though, I was thinking, “Well, I don't have tooth decay” because I didn't have any cavities. In my mind, having sugar was no big deal for me so I went on having sugar even though it lights up eight pleasure centers of the brain and makes you feel like there's a pinball machine going on in there.

It is important to know we are agile at Suson Essentials. This means any of these items can be upgraded. For example, the shower head could be changed to the handheld version. There are many different versions of the Water Pitcher as well. Also, if you already have essential oils that are responsibly produced and medicinal and you don't want to get the essential oils from us, stick with your oils. However, if your oils are not responsibly produced or medicinal, you would want to get these oils. You do not have to have a membership with the essential oil company.
