John Philip Anderson v. The University of Michigan

The kicker here is that University of Michigan DPS "Sergeant Detective" Paul Vaughan was never a licensed, sworn police officer in State of Michigan.

Apparently it was not a crime to impersonate a police officer in Michigan as long as you were working for some corrupt university...
