Fresh pork cost 5 dollars per kilo in local market. Bacon sells for 16 dollars per kilo..

98.5 grams of salt (any kind) 1.5 grams nitrate salt for 1 kilo of pork.

cover with water and keep cold about 7 days.

have made sample for restaurant and will buy at 12 dollars per kilo.

Looking for a slicer, counting time and considering if this is worth investment and scale to production.

It IS worth my time for own consumption.
