Darrell Brooks Trial - I Will Tell the Jury Anything I Want! - They have the Power!

The trial continues into its final days as the court began finalizing jury instructions. The exchanges between Judge Dorow and Brooks were heated all day as she appears to lost her patience with Brooks' antics. At one point, Brooks pointed out that the Jury had the power in this case and he would communicate this to them, even threatening to bring up jury nullification. This reference was quickly rebuffed by Judge Dorow and she let the court know she will have mechanisms in place if Brooks decides to bring up the topic during closing arguments.
