After receiving a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University, Dr Peter completed his medical degree as an Alpha Omega Alpha graduate from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School.

He went on to complete his internal medicine residency at the University of Washington, cardiology fellowship including service as Chief Fellow at William Beaumont Hospital, and master’s degree in public health at the University of Michigan.

Dr. M testified in the US Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs and in the Texas Senate Committee on Health and Human Services, US Senate Panel "CVID-Nineteen A Second Opinion," Colorado General Assembly, New Hampshire Senate, South Carolina Senate, and Pennsylvania Senate, concerning many aspects of the pandemic response.
