President Biden tells DNC: Republicans will increase everday costs

In his speech to the Democratic National Committee today, President Biden claimed that Democrats are lowering the cost of health care, energy bills, and gas prices. Moreover, he said that Republicans "have made it clear" that, if elected, they'll increase everyday costs.
