Florida Man Passed Out On Fentanyl in My Backyard this Morning FJB

So I go out the back door to take my son to school this morning and this is the scene I walk out to.... He's got knives and drugs in his hand in his lap and I didn't notice the needles at the very end of the video until I watched it a 3rd time, but he's got needles in the top bar of his baby stroller!
All this in my back yard for my young son to see. Wtf!?!
