Why Does It Appear Black Culture Is Rewarding For The Destruction Of Its Own Culture?

I don't hear any of the media outlets ever making a fuss over the dysfunctional promotion of behavior in black music, but they sure try to stir up the shit when a white police has a run in with a black man. I'm all for free speech, but people need to get back to some morals and values so that a more positive narrative is praised rather than violence and negativity.
