With the demand for new homes as high as it is, instead of trying to meet it by building them for people to purchase developers are building communities of houses almost literally on top of each other to rent to them instead. Which of course the media is loving every bit of this and is trying to sell it all as a good thing. This is when something like this is right out of the World Economic Forum’s playbook of you will own nothing and be happy.
