Righteous are You, O Lord, when I plead with You; Yet let me talk with You about Your judgments. Why does the way of the wicked prosper? Why are those happy who deal so treacherously?

Does it really pay to try to serve the Lord when the wicked seem to be winning? How do we define right and wrong in a culture where there are no absolutes? Are people free to invent their own ethics or are ethics something that must be discovered? Are there any standards?
