Coconutty Mango Sorbet

Easy 4-ingredient sorbet that takes minutes to make. If tropical vibes are your thing, you’ll love this!

Ingredients:

500g Frozen Mango Chunks
150ml Coconut Milk
4 Tbsp Agave Nectar
2 Limes

Method:

Step 1.
Place the frozen mango chunks in a high-powered blender or food processor.
Step 2.
Add the coconut milk, agave nectar and zest and juice of the limes.
Step 3.
Blitz until smooth, scraping down the sides and blending as necessary.
Step 4.
Enjoy immediately, or freeze for 1 hour for a firmer texture.
