Matt Walsh "Rally to End Child Mutilation": Responding to Protesters | Outspoken Samantha | 10.24.22

Matt Walsh recently held a "Rally to End Child Mutilation" Event at the State Capital in Tennessee.

Of course there were hundreds of counter-protesters and Antifa members, there to try to convince the crowd that children having access to drugs and surgery is a necessary part of their identity journey, even if it means deep regret later.

Their chosen method to try to sway people to their side? Screaming vulgarities while ignoring actual conversation.

However, I have yet to hear any argument that truly justifies the need for a child to cut off body parts or halt their physical and mental development in the process of figuring out who they are.

The main arguments these protesters make are against things that no one is actually saying - that kids and teens should be allowed to be who they are and explore their identity.

Agreed. Literally no one is trying to deny them that.

But that doesn't change the fact that an 8 year old doesn't have more capacity to understand permanent decisions now than an 8 year old from 50 years ago.

A teen girl isn't going to have body insecurities fixed by drugs and surgery, and will only carry those insecurities with her to her new identity, if we fail to acknowledge why she's insecure in the first place.
