#LastChanceCookOff Savory Jalapeno Relish
I am in the #lastchancecookoff collab. I chose to do the above recipe. It is a savory relish and can be put on anything. It is so good!! This video is highly edited to keep the time down. Definitely not my best video.

3 cups Roasted Jalapeno's
2 cups Roasted Onion
1 cup Roasted Green Bell Pepper
2 cups Roma Tomato's
1/4 cup Minced Garlic
1/2 cup Chopped Cilantro
2 cups White Vinegar
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Salt
4 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Oregano

Chop everything up and put into a big pot and cook it all together for about 20 or 25 minutes.
Then can it up.

5 1/4 Pints Process 15 minutes for Missouri area
