Why my Richard Seed video, won't be on YouTube?

I know I promised you all that, my next episode of,
Epics, wars and maybe alien tech
would be about, Dr. Richard Seed (the guy who was in the footage at the end of episode 2) and now this next one is about Chernobyl. Which is likely making some of you wonder why?
Well there is a good reason, for that...
