Akron METRO has "Rules" about cameras

This officer tells Caveman and I that Akron METRO has "RULES" governing the use of cameras on the property.

Is this State/County funded entity that the public can access considered "private property"?

Do their "Rules" apply to us? We will be finding those answers out and expect more videos.
