Elon Musk tells investors he plans to get rid of 75% of Twitters workers. If he buys the company, he will cut the staff from 7500 to 2000. In June, Musk said he didn’t see a reason low performers should remain employed. Musk plans to double revenue in three years, by reducing costs and tripling the number of users that can view ads. Twitter told employees it Musk had not confirmed his plans with them, but wven if the sale doesn't go ahead, Twitter will cut staff and reduce infrastructure costs.
