Kansas City MO fireman Anthony Santi was shot and killed by a woman on October 6, as Santi struggled with convicted felon Ja'von Taylor after Taylor returned to their argument with an unlawfully possessed pistol. The last moments of the struggle and the shooting of Santi were captured on cell phone video.

Shocking many, local prosecutors announced last week that they did not intend to charge the woman in the shooting, on the grounds that they did not believe they could overcome her likely claim of legal justification.

Join us for our plain-English legal analysis of this tragic event, exploring all the reasoned legal arguments on all sides in the context of all the available evidence!

Joining us will be Missouri criminal defense attorney Kevin L. Jamison, who we were fortunate to convince to share some of his valuable time with us.
