Chance for peace in Ukraine, says France's Macron

Even as Russia warned the situation there could escalate, Macron said he was hopeful of a resolution, speaking at a conference in Rome on Sunday (October 23) aimed at seeking ways to promote world peace. He added that it was up to Ukrainians and their leaders to decide when and how to make that peace against the invading Russians.
