Does it work?! Egg-speriment with liming or water glassing

I stored fresh eggs in lime water last November. Watch to see what happens when I open the jar, and compare to eggs laid one day before recording.

**Using the oven: I have a vintage oven which uses a standing pilot light. This means the pilot light is always on, there is no igniter. My oven, therefore, stays warm enough to incubate ferments.
