Pukul putih telur sehingga kental.Masuk gula.Satukan dengan kuning telur yang telah
dipukul kembang..Masuk tepung dan kaup balik bersama minyak dan pandan paste.Bakar
dalam ketuhar 170 darjah selama 40-60minit
