D.C. Repeals Ammo Limit for Gun Carry | Dick Heller wins lawsuit | High Capacity Magazine Ban Sticks

My report on gun owners in Washington, D.C. won a round as the city gave up fighting a lawsuit brought by Dick Heller that challenged its 20-round ammunition limit for conceal carry permit holders. The "high capacity" magazine ban for 10 rounds is still in place.

Watch to learn about how to carry legally in D.C. and how I investigated the story with the city officials and police chief who ordered the law stop being enforced immediately.

I explain this is direct result of the Bruen ruling by the Supreme Court’s in June in that says gun control laws have to have a precedent from the founding of the country. The case would have big implications if D.C. lost and set a precedent for so-called high capacity magazine bans around the country that are being challenged in court.
