I have been asked a few times why the setting are not working on there setup. all I can say is that I tried the same settings in the description Oct 23 2022.

Used a old phone to capture the video on TV,hope you can make out the first part. G-sync is disabled and set to 4K 60Hz 8 bit ,the rest is clear enough to see the settings. You can not record Dobly Vision on Nvidia Shadowplay although I did not try on the RTX 4090

Battlefield 1 Turn Off HDR In Windows 10/11
Need For Speed Heat Turn Off HDR In Windows 10/11
Open GPU Control Panel-In My Case Nvidia With RTX 3080
Turn Off G-Sync/Freesync
Set Output Color Depth to 8 Bit- May Not Work With 10Bit/12Bit(Magenta Screen Color)
Set Framerate Limiter If You Want
Open Game/Settings/Set 3840x2160 60Hz-May Not Work 100Hz/120Hz
Set HDR to Dolby Vision
Exit The Menu to set Dolby Vision
