Everything in Life is TEMPORARY | Back at my Old Gym VLOG

In today's video I talk about how everything whether it be the good times, the bad times, and the ugly times in life are all temporary. And this concept can be used to your advantage! Recently, I was inspired by a podcast by Tommy John and Dr. Cassie Huckaby, 2 members of the holistic health community as they spoke about how every day you are telling yourself a story and it's up to you to make that story one worth living and to show yourself that you care about what you are doing with your life. "Let your life be your medicine." Also, for my birthday James got me an incredible present which I absolutely love and it serves as an amazing metaphor for life! This bracelet that I've been wearing (and he has one too) contains a drop of water from the top of Mount Everest and a drop of water or mud from the Dead Sea. This is a reminder that when you're at the top stay humble and when you're at the bottom stay hopeful because things can change in an instant and it also always keeps us connected! The 2nd half of the VLOG is me back at my old gym for an amazing workout and I am so psyched to be back at Lifetime and can't wait to film more amazing content from there!
