80kg Incline Bench.

Today was a struggle, a struggle to negotiate with and understand where thr inflammation was in my left shoulder.

No injury concerns at all, but its safe to say, my left arm and it's joints are a little shocked by the workload of the last few weeks.

As you all k ow, I've been a right arm only guy for essentially 9.5 years. So my left is somewhat being dragged through the trenches of tbis new Strength System Armwrestling thst @australianstrengthcoach and @lachlan.adair have me on.

I warmed up for 40 minutes today and just struggled to get my left shoulder pain free.

I did LU raises, lat pulls, rhomboid squeezes, rear delt flys among 20kg, 30kg, and 40kg sets of 20 reps before getting to the working sets of 80kg.

Bu the time I was there....I was 50/50 whether or not I should do the working sets as I hadn't negated the inflammation.

End of the day....I did the sets. And as you can see fepth was off (due to me trying to work out how to be completely pain free)...they felt tender.....but...it also felt mentally nice to do them. I genuinely hate not doig my workout completely.

Now I await my coaches....to tell me if I did the wrong or right thing.
