SACHERTORTE : The Perfect Healthy and Easy Recipe for a Sensational Dessert! Gluten-Free, Diary-Free

Sachertorte is a unique delicacy and one of my favourite classic cake! ...but it contains loads of sugars and fats, so I decided to recreate it gluten, diary and refined sugar-free. The final result?! A sensational dessert!
Unlike the original recipe, I've used blueberries jam instead that together with chocolate make one amazing flavour pairing! TRY IT TO BELIEVE!😉
