I Was TERRIFIED! - Ann's Tiny Life and Homestead

Last night I got a fright that I wasn't prepared for. I heard a bunch of pop pop pop popping and then silence. Complete utter silence. No dogs barking. That led me to think the worst. So I was up all night with worry. Since I couldn't sleep I started fermenting what will eventually be pretty much like Tabasco sauce. I started four quarts of fermented peppers with varying degrees of hotness. Then I chainsawed and split up some wood.
