The most offensive part of Overwatch 2

It's literally the only reason my friends and I have ever stopped playing overwatch. We would play for dozens of hours each week but us not being able to swap roles and such mid match literally ruined the game for us. And being forced to only play tank or healer is fine for me as I ALWAYS play support classes in games but the lack of being able to swap between those two depending on the situation is crushing. I get role queue in competitive but let people have fun in quick play...
